At STS Group, we are committed to zero fees recruitment for migrant workers in all the sectors we operate in Qatar.

We believe that charging recruitment fees to workers is unfair, unethical, and can lead to forced labor and debt bondage.

We believe that every worker, regardless of their origin or background, has the right to fair treatment, equal opportunities, and a safe and healthy work environment.

We have implemented the following measures to ensure zero fees recruitment practices:

Zero Fees

  • We do not charge any fees or expenses to workers for recruitment, placement, or employment.
  • We do not deduct any fees or expenses from workers’ salaries or benefits.
  • We do not impose any financial obligations or debts on workers as a condition of their employment.

We are committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to the recruitment and employment of migrant workers, including the Qatar Labor Law and the International Labor Organization (ILO) conventions.
